Ahmed Hegazi is an architectural engineer, entrepreneur, and business leader specializing in real estate development and international partnerships across the Middle East and beyond. As co-founder and Managing Director of Aayan Developments in Egypt, he leads landmark projects like Dao Towers in the New Administrative Capital, integrating smart technologies and innovative investment models. He co-founded Al Aayan Construction in Kuwait, Alburhan Hegazi General Trading in the UAE, New Link LLC (an AI-driven company in the US), and partners in the AlBurhan Factory in China, expanding his reach across construction, technology, and industrial production.
Ahmed actively forges international partnerships across China, Dubai, and the United States, driving sustainable growth and cross-border collaboration. He holds a Bachelor's in Architecture from MIU, a Master's from AASTMT, and is pursuing a Diploma in Real Estate Finance and Investment at AUC. He is a member of the Architectural Association (AA) London, American Institute of Architects (AIA), Kuwait Society of Engineers, and Egyptian Syndicate of Engineers.
